Background processing on Soda Cloud EU was impaired between approximately 21:30 UTC on December 15 and 07:20 UTC on December 16.
Impact: Scan result processing was delayed during this window. The Soda Cloud application remained accessible throughout.
Resolution: Our team identified and resolved the issue. All systems are now operating normally and the message backlog has been cleared.
